  1. How do I begin?

    1. Once you receive your username and password by mail or e-mail, download the free myManion app from Google Play or the Apple App store. You can also sign in to myManion.com from your computer.

  2. How do I contact myManion Support?

  3. What are the browser and device requirements for myManion?

    1. Supported browsers and device requirements for myManion.com and the myManion app are:

      Browsers: Internet Explorer 11, Edge, Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version), Safari 10 or 11
      Apple: IOS version 10 and 11 for iPhone SE or newer, iPad Air 2 or newer, iPad Mini 3 or newer, and iPad Pro or newer
      Android: OS Version 5 (Lollipop) through 8 (Oreo) on recent phones and tablets

  4. What if I have trouble signing in?

    1. First, ensure you’ve typed the web address correctly as shown here: www.mymanion.com
      Second, on the sign in screen, make sure your User ID and Password are entered exactly as seen on the letter that you received from Manion Wilkins & Associates Ltd.

      If you still experience difficulty signing on, contact Manion by email (askus@mymanion.com) or by phone (1-866-532-8999).

  5. What is my Login/User ID?

    1. Your User ID is a unique identifier that allows you to access your personal account with Manion Wilkins & Associates Ltd and is assigned when you’re enrolled and become eligible to receive health benefits from your employer/welfare plan. You will be mailed all information regarding myManion as soon as you are assigned your own account. If you do not remember your User ID or have misplaced it, contact us by email (askus@mymanion.com) or by phone (1-866-532-8999).

  6. What is my Password?

    1. Your initial password is assigned to you when your User ID is assigned. This password is system generated and contains a combination of letters and numbers. For security purposes, change your password as soon as have successfully accessed myManion for the first time. Your password is mailed to your home address on file when you receive your User ID.

  7. What if I forgot my Password?

    1. Please phone us at 1-866-532-8999 to reset your password.

  8. Why do I have to change my Password?

    1. The original password is only temporary. For security purposes, it must be changed.

  9. If my computer asks me to save my myManion password, should I allow it to?

    1. We do not recommend saving the password to your computer, as it may pose a security risk. Saving the password allows anyone else using your computer to log in to your myManion account as you.

  10. What if I don’t have a myManion account?

    1. Employers/Unions elect to sign up for myManion as a service to their employees/members. If your company/union has elected to use this service, you will be notified as soon as you are enrolled and/or qualify to have an account set up for you.
