Surrey, British Columbia – GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions® and Manion Wilkins & Associates Ltd., two of Canada’s largest and most respected independent benefits providers, have joined forces, with GroupHEALTH making an investment in the successful Toronto-based Third Party Administrator.
GroupHEALTH invested in Manion because of Manion’s established position, its reputation for superior customer service, growth potential, its domain expertise in the multi-employer and corporate markets, and its unique proprietary technology. Together, both organizations will now enjoy an enhanced national presence, and be able to offer more innovative solutions to new and existing clients.

There are no plans for staffing changes or layoffs as a result of GroupHEALTH’s investment. Manion will continue to operate as an independent brand and company, with the support of GroupHEALTH. Manion’s principals, Mike Neheli, Greg Manion, Mary Claire Ranieri and Lisa Watt, along with the Senior Leadership Team and staff, will remain the same.
