Joan Bonkowski

Joan Bonkowski, Vice President Administration and IS, and a member of the Executive Committee, joined Manion in 1985. Joan is also an integral part of Manion’s management team has been invaluable in all operational areas. During the last ten years, Ms. Bonkowski has held managerial positions in the following departments: Manager, IT; Senior Project Manager; and, Manager, Administration. As a Senior Project Manager, Ms. Bonkowski was a leader in the design, development, and implementation of the Manion Administration and Claims System. In the dual role of IT and Administration manager, she piloted several teams to handle the transition of large, multi-employer trust funds from other administrators to Manion.

Joan holds an Honours Degree from the University of Waterloo, and has earned the CEBS designation (with fellowship status) from the International Foundation, Dalhousie University. Joan is currently a member of the Executive of the Toronto Chapter of the ISCEBS.
